Comments: Let's keep this last great place on earth clean and healthy with a great reproduction record this way forever. If anyone is using jobs for an excuse they must not be applying at the wrong places. If individuals cannot work in their own communities it worries me they will stay away and work. I see many, many jobs posted in the Region, all the Bristol Bay agencies have given and still is giving opportunities for employment. People need to apply and be aggressive when applying. BBEDC has many opportunities with internships all over. I see BBNC subsidaries post opportunities on the net and all over. People wishing for jobs with ND hopefully will be people with SKILLS, if they don't have that then the wages they will work forwill be on the low end.

I've had the opportunity to gather foods, fish and hunt with my husband and childrn on Illiamna lake. We own property on Alagnak River and plan to retire there. Our hope and dreams are for our children, grandchildren, great- grandchildren and others to follow have the same opportunities as we and our families have had thus far. I grew up here in New Stuyahok and have been living a subsistence lifestyle like many others. I am now a mother of one son and he wants to hunt and fish when he grows up. So we have to stop the Pebble Mine and think of our future, for the children are our future and after the mine HOW can we still have a subsistence lifestyle! Stop the Pebble Mine!!
